Missing WMDs No Surprise

In August of 2002, Dr. Sa'doon Hammadi acting in behalf of the government of Iraq, sent a letter to all members of Congress inviting any and all, CIA included, to inspect Iraq for WMDs. He never received so much as an acknowledgement of this letter. Copies of this letter were given to members of an American Academics for Peace delegation to the University of Baghdad by Dr. Hammadi on January 17, 2003.
