• Problem 2: Write a function that has one parameter - list of integers and returns the average of the elements with the EVEN index. Write main to test your function
• Problem 3: Write a function that has one parameter - list of integers and returns the number of positive elements, negative elemens and zeros. Write main to test your function

It is possible to combine problems 2 and 3 in one program and have one main testing both functions
