- Open the SAME file you worked during practice lab and Create New Sheet, called it Lab 4
- Create a Pie Chart - Load Factor to analyze # of Passengers /
Available Seat by Flight Type and by Carrier Name for Top 10
Companies.
- Create Cyclic Dimension Group - Lab4 - include Flight Type
and Carrier Name
- Expression: sum([# Transported Passengers])/sum([# Available
Seats])
- Select Show Values on Data Point
- Number Format: Fixed to 1 decimal and Select Show in Percent
- Restrict Dimension Limits to show 10 largest and don't show
Others
- Analyze the chart. Write your analysis is the textbox.
- Create a Combo Chart to Analyze Performed vs Scheduled Departures

Origin Country, and Destination Country.

- Analyze the chart and try to add visual clues based on your
observations. For example, load factor below certain % highlight in RED
- Create Statistics Box:
- On the General tab, select Distance from the Field drop-down menu.
- REMOVE Total count option from the Displayed Functions lis
- Number Format: Select Override Default Settings and Integer
- Select Year 2011, Country: Israel (first as Origin and then second as Destination), Carrier: US Airways. Find total
distance, Min and Max and also find Destination City and Origin City (Look
on the list boxes you created on the main sheet)
