"As an international student, I have been afforded many opportunities both here at Widener, and abroad. Most notably: this summer, I was able to return home and take up an internship at People’s Television Network, the biggest broadcasting company in the Turks and Caicos Islands. There, I worked in the Technical and Production departments and was fortunate enough to gain an in-depth understanding of how a broadcasting company operates. This internship even led me to take a video production course during the Fall 2018 semester! My internship at People’s Television Network also allowed to talk about my experience as a TCI Government International Scholarship recipient on August 15, 2018, and to star in a commercial"
